The objective of the Conference is to review, share and identify the key success criteria in the field of employment and work, which are necessary for the present and immediate future within a global economy, for Business Services, Affirmative Businesses and Providers of Services and Direct Employment for people with disabilities. This includes organisations which extend their activities beyond people with disabilities to other groups who are also disadvantaged in the world of employment and work.
