This website was launched at the end of April, and has a wide range of information on disability issues. It is maintained by Enable and is well set out and easy to use.
http://www.icdri.org
This is the website for the International Centre for Disability Resources on the Internet. It has a huge list of disability related sites, including employment.
http://www.ncddr.org/form/registrytopic.html
A whole raft of research projects on disability are listed on this site. Some of the topics included school to work transition, and self-employment as a vocational rehabilitation employment outcome. On the day I was looking at it their server was down so I couldn’t access any of the links to the research papers.
